Job Description

We are looking for a Telephone Sales Specialist to join our sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, presenting our products/services, and driving sales through phone communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
2. Present products and services clearly and persuasively
3. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
4. Achieve individual and team sales targets
5. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in company systems
6. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

1. High school diploma or higher
2. Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
3. Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
4. Comfortable with making a high volume of calls daily
5. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems advantageous)
6. Team player, organized, and responsible

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience in telemarketing / inside sales / call center
2. Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools
3. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
4. Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivated
